FAQ > What Does 'All Sales Final' Mean? > Why Are 'All Sales Final'?

We know we are different than most stores in this regard but it is necessitated by the fact that we have a 30-day consignment period for goods. For example: if an item is purchased, a consignor is paid for it, then we allow the purchaser to return it ----we have paid a consignor for an item we now have back. We have no interest in accumulating stuff.

Customers must thoroughly inspect, test, try-on, examine and otherwise satisfy themselves with the quality and condition of an item before they purchase it. We ask that all consignment items be brought to us in good and working condition. However, we process thousands of items every week and do not have the time to thoroughly test and microscopically inspect everything. If an item can not be tested in the store we offer a 24-hour trial feature that may be requested at the time of purchase. If you ask to take an item on 24-hour trial, you pay for it but if you bring it back to us by 5PM the next business day we will refund your money.
